1、该型分切机适用于分切不干胶、各种纸张、复合膜、镀铝膜、彩印膜、是薄膜、薄片二次加●工以及彩印包装企业的理想机型。
2、整机由PLC集中控制(三矢量电机)并采用触摸屏人机界面对整机进行集中操作。
3、放卷采〒用进口气刹车控制，由PLC自动计算卷径实现恒张力控制。
4、牵引控制由一台矢量变频电机驱动，实现恒线速度控制，并有效地隔断收放卷张力之间的相互影响。
5、收卷轴采用气胀轴由一台矢量变频电机驱动，收卷张力↘控制，根据收卷直径、分切厚度、设定张力等参数，由PLC运算后输出Ψ 控制信号，通过控制收卷轴的摩擦压力，来达▃到控制收卷张力的目的。
6、放卷采用液压式动力上下料;无轴油压顶套夹紧装置，适合∞无行车之车间，可节省人力及缩短上下料时间。
7、EPC纠偏装置可准确控制端ζ 面精度。
8、系统具有启动缓冲、停车防松、计米定长、定速卷径运算等分切功能。
